David has over 15 years of professional leadership experience as an officer in the United States Army and as the Director of Operations for a multidisciplinary clinic with several locations. His roles/responsibilities have included human relations, site selection and management, revenue cycle management, internal accounting and operations. Having developed process for a multidisciplinary agency from the ground up his experience is complete and robust. In addition to his on the job experience David holds an MBA from the University of Kansas where he focused on Organizational Development and Leadership.

Heather has many years of revenue cycle management experience. Her expertise is billing and account management. She is able to streamline a billing process for healthcare practices to maintain financial viability so they are able to provide quality care to their clientele. Her roles have included accounts receivable, billing specialist, payment reconciliations, and face to face customer service. Her strengths are strong problem solving skills, time management, interpersonal communications, customer service, and the start to finish billing processes.
